Mobile Post Paid Disconnection:-
CS has requested CGMT and GM (F) for immediate intervention. Considering the Continuous Holidays and Hartal, CS has requested CGMT and GM (F) to postponed the Disconnection date of Post Paid and also requested to restore the disconnected post paid connections. It was also requested to postpone the due date of payment due date on 27.01.2015 of Land phone to avoid criticism from customers on account of late fee charges.

After the Blackout day imposition on Prepaid Customers, this untimely disconnections of Post Paid Connections are also invited the unhappiness of the Customers. We Request Circle administration to be more vigilant on such activities in future.

It is learned that, as per our request, reconnect ions have been started from HLR.

JTO to SDE Promotion Case is Dismissed by Hon'ble CAT, Eranakulam. JTO to SDE Promotion case is dismissed by Hon'ble CAT, Eranakulam today. This will pave Way for promotions of JTO to SDE. SNEA (I) actively participated in this case and we have engaged Senior Lawyer Adv. O.V. Radhakrishnan for this case.

In this case One Executive Association supported the applicants for stopping the promotion and another executive association though impleaded against the original application kept silent by not appearing and by not filing reply for obvious reasons.

at All SSA Head Quarters by Joint Forum ended with Mammoth Participation of Employees.

Mass Dharna for three days on 06^th, 07^th, 08^th January 2015 at Circle Office and All SSA Head Quarters were conducted in a grand manner. Mass Participation of all Employees is a Major Highlight of the Dharna. Three Days Dharna were inaugurated and addressed by Hon'ble MPs, MLAs, Different National Political Leaders and Trade Union Leaders. Joint Forum to Intensify the Agitational Programs to Save BSNL.
Mass Dharna at All SSA HeadQuarters
from 06^th to 08^th January 2015!!!
The Joint Forum convention held at Ernakulam was attended by more than 200 members from all unions. The meeting decided to make all out efforts for the successful implementation of the program announced by the Joint forum.
Com. P. Rajeev. Hon'able MP Inaugurated the Joint Forum meeting Com. K.Mohanan CS, BSNLEU had delivered the Welcome Speech and Com. George Varghese, CS, SNEA (I) presided the function. Sri. Bhargavan, BMS. State President, Sri. V.P George INTUC State President, Com. J. Udayabhanu, AITUC Working President and other leaders of the Joint Forum had addressed the meeting.


Forum decided to intensify the Agitation program to Save BSNL. As part of the Agitation forum unanimously decided to ensure the grand success of the Dharna at All SSA Head Quarters from 06^th, 07^th and 08^th January 2015.

All Members are requested to participate in the Dharna programs and make it a grand success

CEC Report
on 02^nd January 2015
CEC meeting of SNEA held at Ernakulum decided to make all-out effort for the successful implementation of the entire trade union program announced by joint forum at CHQ level. Members of SNEA should participate in the program with 100% strength and mobilize from the forefront in all activities.

The CEC meeting also decided to make all necessary action required for the implementation of the instruction from corporate office regarding the agitational program held by SNEA in Kerala circle in its true spirit viz;
1.no diesnon.
2.Transfer back of 3 office bearers to Circle office etc.

The meeting also decided to take up with the Circle Administration to ensure that the transfer policy followed in the circle is continued in this year also.
1. Transfer on need base only
2. Transfer request of all officers who were transferred in 2013 on long stay basis to be considered.
3. Exemption from transfer to officers working in shortage and difficult area like Kasargode,Wayanad,Malappuram,Idukki etc to be continued.
4. The number of Transfer to be minimized by considering incoming /outgoing and shortage of each SSA

The meeting discussed the HR plan proposal by the corporate office and opined that while cadre strength from CGM to STS is retained as per the sanction strength the strength of SDEs and JTOs are taken together and reduced considerably affecting the promotional chances of JTOs as well as reduction of executives at real operational level. Meeting decided to complete the quota and fund collection immediately.

The meeting also decided to work for the improvement of BSNL service in Kerala Circle along with all other affiliates of joint forum.
